Growth can look like a crawl or an inch or a scoot or a skosh rather than a step.

Growth can be challenging.

Growth is not always immediately visible to you. 

Growth is uncomfortable. 

Growth is incremental.

Growth is uncertain.

Growth is learning something, forgetting it, learning it again, practicing it, messing it up, forgetting again, learning it again, practicing again, and messing up again. 

Where are you trying to grow, change, or evolve right now? 

Can you show yourself a little more grace in that process?
